1. Payment
Deposit: the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable for cancellations that occur later than seven days before due arrival.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
refunds will only be returned to the original credit vard used for booking.
2. City Tax
Please note that from 01.01.2016, city tax of 2,00 € per person (from 12 years old) per night is due. When you make a booking on our website, this amount is automatically included. City tax apply for the first 7 days of your stay.
3. Baby Cots, High Chairs and Sofa Beds
Baby cots and/or High chairs for babies will be available in the apartment on request and are free but may not be available depending on anterior bookings.
Sofa beds (1 person) will be prepared on request and cost 15 Euros per person per night.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Please note that the hotel operates an automatic check-in system outside of check-in times (14h-21h)
Instructions will be emailed to you 48 hours before check-in upon presentation of an identification document if you plan to arrive outside ythe regular check-in times.
Check-in from 14:00 hours – 21:00
Check-out until 10:00 hours
5. Cleaning
No cleaning fee.
